6 Mock-up Villas – Ribat Al Bahr, Mauritania

Ribat Al Bahr is fully integrated multiuse real estate project that will include a collection of residential villas and apartments, commercial buildings, first of its kind shopping center, hotels and financial centre all with a walking distance to the healthcare and educational facilities. The project will offer the residents of Nouakchott city a recreation walkway area for leisure and other sports activities. This green area will include world-class cafes to fulfill the authentic Mauritania ambiance. The design and planning of Ribat Al Bahr in inspired by the Mauritanian culture without compromising in the needs of a modern city offering green space and urban living facilities.

IDP is involved in the design of 6 mock-up villas, which have Contemporary, Mauritanian & Traditional layouts. We have also developed the architectural elevations for 3 types of villas, namely Andalusian, Modern & Mauritanian, 2 Apartment buildings and one office building as well.
