IDP is appointed as the main consultant for  the master planning, project management and  architectural services of the project. University is designed to fit 4,000 students. The complex will provide the following faculties: Faculty of Engineering . (Mining Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, and Electrical Engineering), Faculty of Health Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture and Marine Sciences, and the Faculty of Commerce (Hospitality and Tourism, Accounting, Banking and Finance, and Risk Management).
